Find the constraint. Decide what to change. Give your team a clear next step.
A growth audit is a structured look at the audience, acquisition channels, buyer journey and measurement behind your marketing. The goal is a useful decision about what to do next.
When an audit makes sense
- Campaigns generate activity, but too little qualified pipeline.
- Your team has more ideas than capacity and needs to prioritise.
- Channel, website and CRM reports tell different stories.
- You are preparing a new quarter of investment.
What you receive
- A discovery session to agree the commercial goal and review boundaries.
- A focused review of the agreed channels, website journey, funnel and measurement.
- Findings with supporting evidence, assumptions and unresolved questions.
- A prioritised 90-day plan with owners and measures of progress.
- A working presentation and one agreed revision round.
How we keep it useful
We agree the business unit, channels, data sources and available access before starting. A proposed review normally takes two to three weeks after the necessary inputs are ready; the final proposal sets the schedule.
What happens after the audit
Your team can use the plan independently. If you need continued guidance or programme ownership, we can discuss advisory support or fractional leadership. Implementation is a separate scope, and no ranking or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
Do we need perfect data first?
No. We identify gaps, distinguish what can be measured from what is uncertain, and include the necessary measurement work in the plan.
Is this a full website or CRM rebuild?
No. It is a diagnostic and action plan. The proposal defines the depth of review, and implementation is scoped separately.
How much does it cost?
The investment depends on the agreed review depth, channels and data complexity. We confirm scope and price before you commit.
