Daniel Rey / Growth Without Borders

A broader perspective on B2B growth

Meet Daniel Rey, a B2B marketer connecting growth strategy, demand generation and practical delivery.

I’m Daniel Rey. I connect marketing strategy with the work needed to make it happen.

My experience spans B2B SaaS, technology and specialist services, across demand generation, paid acquisition, SEO, CRM and marketing leadership. I work with teams that want a clearer connection between marketing investment and qualified pipeline.

Strategy is only useful when a team can act on it

A good plan recognises the budget, people, buying journey and operational constraints behind the business. My role is to make those decisions clearer, then help turn priorities into work that can be delivered and measured.

Experience across the marketing system

Causeway Technologies

Demand Generation Manager, 2022–2025. B2B construction technology, full-funnel acquisition and sales-aligned marketing programmes.

Movolytics

Marketing Manager, 2019–2022. Fleet technology marketing across paid acquisition, search, content and customer communications.

VINCI Energies

Marketing Assistant, 2016–2019. B2B marketing and communications in engineering and infrastructure.

Mayple and Delphi Care Solutions

Interim marketing leadership as a Mayple contractor in 2025, followed by marketing management at Delphi Care Solutions across specialist services, demand generation, content and CRM operations.

These are professional roles and responsibilities. Alongside this work, I founded WaveBNB, a separate hospitality marketing and AI business.

Growth Without Borders

International travel is part of my life and perspective. It gives me reasons to pay closer attention to how people communicate, make choices and build trust. I bring that curiosity to marketing, while keeping business decisions grounded in the audience and the evidence.

Working together

I work remotely with B2B teams, with the United States, United Kingdom and Australia as priority markets. We agree meeting windows, responsibilities and communication expectations around the engagement.
